Please complete the following form giving as much information as possible. It is important to be completely honest and detailed in order for us to re-home your dog to the best possible match.

Please note, we do not have a rescue centre with kennels, we use volunteer foster carers who care for the dogs in their own homes, until the dog is adopted, many of our foster carers have children and other pets of their own, so all dogs we take in, must be friendly and sociable. For this reason, we cannot take in any dogs who have shown any type of aggression towards people. If your dog has a history of issues towards people, please do not complete this form as we are not able to help.

Please confirm that the dog has NEVER shown any signs of aggression towards a person. This includes all types of snapping, growling, lunging and biting. We cannot re-home ANY dogs with a history of aggression towards people *

If the dog shows any signs of aggression towards people whilst in our care, we reserve the right to return the dog to you, we cannot risk the safety of our volunteer foster carers. Do you agree to this? *
